In Latin America, too, people are very concerned about the future of our planet Earth. A rethink is taking place! People are interested in a sustainable way of life and are against environmental destruction and waste. You too can take part in this movement while at the same time getting to know wonderful spots on this beautiful earth.
Whether it's on the beach in Costa Rica, in the Galapagos Islands, in the jungle of Guatemala, in the highlands of Peru or in the wilderness of southern Chile, our meaningful volunteer projects protect the environment and species from Panama to Patagonia.
It is often also about animal welfare: preserving the natural habitat of wildlife, enabling sea turtles to find their way safely into the water, collecting data on the behavior of endangered species, and rehabilitating illegally traded animals are just a few of the important tasks that our eco volunteers perform.
But there is so much more to do: be it fighting forest fires, sustainable organic farming, eco-tourism, national parks, or teaching future generations (and their parents) about environmental education.
