Have time to think about yourself, experience the power of nature first hand, subordinate yourself to its rhythm and test your physical fitness? Then our newest volunteer project will inspire you! You can live in one of the most beautiful places in Chile and actively contribute to its preservation.

Our project partners operate a 3000 hectare nature park located between the Reloncaví Fjord and the Tagua Tagua Lake. The next small village is 11 km away and the nearest big city can be reached by ferry and car in about 3 hours.
Bubbling rivers and crystal-clear lakes await you at the foot of the Andes, in the middle of the Patagonian jungle. The area is a paradise for outdoor fans and nature lovers. Hiking trails run through the park and the lake is easy to explore by kayak.
In order to make this wonderful area accessible to tourists and at the same time protect it, our project partners have launched a sustainable ecotourism project including an information center. The number of visitors is strictly regulated and the accommodations, a lodge and two mountain huts are designed so that a stay there leaves as little traces as possible.
Volunteers who like physical activity are welcome to fulfill a variety of tasks: as a tour guide, doing the maintenance of hiking trails and mountain huts, working in the information center, working in the forest and much more. The work is based on the vagaries of nature - nothing works as in the normal working world, everything goes in a natural flow. You should be prepared for the fact that it can sometimes be very quiet and lonely there - which is one of the attractions of this place on the other hand.
