It's the perfect location for a working holiday program – you live and work surrounded by nature yet are still within easy reach.

The lodge has a total of 12 rooms/apartments and can accommodate approximately 35 people. A team of ten employees is dedicated to ensuring the comfort of visitors and managing the operations of the tour operator's office.
Every nook in the lodge is filled with charming details. Hammocks are available for relaxing moments, there's an international book exchange, and a telescope allows you to gaze at the sparkling stars against the clear night sky. Tasks
The work tasks in this small hotel are your chance for a diverse experience! Discover the multifaceted world of a small hotel with a small travel agency and immerse yourself in the various work areas, offering you exciting insights into the processes of the tourism industry. Here, you have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and actively participate.
Your responsibilities are as diverse as life itself. Not only will you work at the reception desk and provide guests with a warm welcome, but you will also lend a hand in the kitchen, where you can refine your culinary abilities. Gardening and maintaining the outdoor area ensure guests feel completely at home. Additionally, there are office tasks to be completed, and volunteers are welcome to assist in the small travel agency.
Housekeeping is also one of your responsibilities. In this role, you will help with room cleaning and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Teamwork is especially important – you will work closely with the owners, staff, and other volunteers on site, allowing you to make valuable contacts and friendships.
Work is organized in shifts, with the distribution of work areas being determined on-site. This takes into account the lodge's current needs, the number of volunteers, guest occupancy, the weather, and, of course, your skills. We ask participants to be flexible and adaptable, as the tasks vary and are not the same for everyone.
With a maximum working time of 40 hours per week and two days off (not necessarily on weekends), you have the flexibility to enjoy the stunning location and engage in leisure activities during your free time.
Accommodation
Comfortable accommodations directly on the lodge premises is part of the working holiday program. Volunteers have access to a charming little house that can accommodate up to five volunteers.
Single or shared rooms are available depending on occupancy, with gender-segregated rooms provided where possible. The house features two communal bathrooms.
One of the highlights is the wholesome meals, which include healthy and delicious home-cooked dishes, primarily vegetarian. Mealtimes serve as excellent opportunities to connect with fellow staff and owners, fostering networking.
For those wishing to remain connected during their leisure time, high-speed internet is accessible, available for use outside of working hours.
