We took advantage of the calm during the pandemic and spotted new interesting and meaningful volunteer projects in Chile for you.
One of the new additions is a fair trade organization in the beautiful city of Valdivia.
The organization that runs the volunteer project was founded in 2009 with the aim of enabling fair and responsible trade and consumption. It brings together over 200 members, primarily private individuals, and oversees a network of many local small farmers and regional small businesses.
This volunteer project promises an intensive cultural exchange. Volunteers can work in different areas of the cooperative and learn so much about the national culture, language and society. Accommodation is in local homestays. There you will live with Chileans and get a genuine insight into local life.
