Volunteer Work on an Eco Farm
(Guatemala)
I arrived in Guatemala without any problems although it would’ve been a good ideal not to come on a holiday weekend as it took 2 1/2 hours to get from Guatemala City to Antigua. I did a lot of walking over the weekend and had a tour of the city with Fredy on Sunday. I’m very much enjoying volunteering at the eco-farm. It is a lot of fun. Also spending a few hours each afternoon at the center for malnourished children. They are long and tiring days but very fulfilling. My host family lives nearby my assignments.
