Home FAQ Internships in Latin America What about health coverage?

What about health coverage?

We ask all participants to have a full health insurance with coverage in the country you are going to visit. If you keep in mind basic rules of hygiene and precautions like not eating unwashed fruits or food you do not know where it came from, etc., there is no reason to worry. If you happen to get sick, there is medical assistance in each country and through your health insurance you will have full coverage in the event that you are hospitalized or need to visit a doctor.
