If so, please write us an email and request our application form for the country you would like to travel to, fill it in and send it back to us. Based on your information given in the application form we will then be able to organize an unforgettable stay for you in Latin America.

Application for Language Course/Accommodation
Please keep in mind that the application for our language courses in Latin America involves an advance payment. This payment depends on the program you choose (language course and/or accommodation) and the country you want to go to. It reserves your spot in one of our partner schools and assures us your interest in our courses.
Due to organizational reasons the amount of the advance payment varies between the different countries. Please find details in the following table:

Together with the confirmation of your program we will naturally tell you the exact amount of payment, which will then be due within 10 days. We kindly ask you to transfer the correspondent amount to our checking account in Germany.
From the moment your advance payment gets to us, we will provide you with all the necessary information about your upcoming stay. Once you have booked your flight we kindly ask you to send us your flight details (arrival date, arrival time and flight number) so that we can organize your airport transfer and/or inform your host family or housemates when to expect you.
Once you arrive at the language school you will be asked to pay the outstanding amount within the first couple of days. Of course, we will provide you with detailed payment information during the enrollment process.
Note: Those of you who choose a program in Argentina (Córdoba or Bariloche, NOT Buenos Aires), Chile (Santiago, Valparaíso or Pucón), Cuba (Havana, Santiago or Trinidad) or Peru (Lima, NOT Arequipa and Cusco) are kindly asked to pay the outstanding amount at least 10 days before arrival to our checking account in Germany.
Application for Internship/Volunteer Program
You will find an overview of the respective registration and program fees on the country specific pages about internship and volunteer work. The registration fee, due at sending your application documents, is a one-time fee depending on the country you want to go to and includes the translation and/or correction of your resume as well as the registration for our programs. The program fee is due as soon as you accept an internship or volunteer program offer.
